1. Set up your organization and create task categories for your volunteers.

2. Ask your volunteers to download 4Bells and connect to your organization using a private code.

3. When you have a task that needs attention from a volunteer, enter it in 4Bells and send to those who have the skills to do what needs to be done.

4. Volunteers receive alerts for tasks that match their skills and can choose to claim them, signifying their intent to complete the task. If they cannot complete a claimed task, they can check the task back in, alerting the volunteer coordinator that the task is now open.

5. You can see which volunteers claimed and completed tasks, reducing the need for phone calls and emails to manage each task.
